Eyelid Shape

Yes, eyelid shape can be changed, palpebral aperture (distance between upper and lower eyelid margin) can be changed, and location of the upper eyelid crease can be changed.  There are fundamental rules however, that must be obeyed, because function of the eyelids (protection of the cornea and vision) must be preserved regardless of aesthetic goals.

Eyelid shape changes

Yes, eyelid shape can be changed. This is frequently related to the attachment of the eyelid on the bone of the orbit. The lid can be made tighter, higher, lower. The removal of excess skin can give the appearance of making the eyeshape change.
