Dear Gengen, there are several ways to help with the puffiness under your eyes- it depends in your goal and what is causing the shape of the area that you do not like.... 1 filling with Restylane or micro fat grafting 2 removal of fat with/without filling 3 removal of fat only- from inside or outside the eyelid.
