I am not overweight but have no definition to my jaw line whatsoever. I have been turned down for a neck lift and for Smart Lipo. I've tried Lipodissove and Accent RF, but nothing has worked. I've been told that it's not fat around my jaw, but excess skin. I'm considering a jaw implant, but ideally, I want the excess skin gone.

Is there any way to achieve this? Can't a doctor simply cut off the excess flesh?

Poor jawline definition

YOur description sounds very unusual. It may be that if you have enough excess skin, the treatment may require a full face lift as well as a chin implant. Seek a conusultation with another surgeon to get another opinion.
