Shelby, Your concerns are very good ones.  Most women want to get an idea of what a certain size implant will do from them in terms of appearance, and the most logical place to get this information is from photographs. But you need to know what you are looking for,  because everyone's body is different.  And this will affect how the implants look.

First, look for women who are about your height and weight, and whose frame size is the same as yours.  Then, in these photos, find some where the starting breast size is the same as yours.  These photos will give you the best idea how a certain size breast implant will look in you.

People desire different looks in terms of the results with breast implants.  However, to my eye, what looks best are breasts that are in proportion to the rest of the body.  The breasts should not look too full in the upper pole or top of the breast.  The normal, attractive breast will have a gentle slope in the upper pole towards the nipple, which should be the most forward projecting part of the breast.  And the outline of the breast implants should not be seen. And it should not look like there is too much implants in the lower aspect of the breast.  In this case, the implants may be too low.

As in many things related to personal preference, the breasts that look the best too you, are probably what you want to achieve. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to help you understand what will work well for you, and what may not work as well.

Good luck!
