SmartLipo is still liposuction and it is a surgical procedure. Despite the fact that it is done under local anesthesia, I would not recommend to any of my patients that they drive home. You never know when you may feel queasy, leak some blood, or any number of other concerns that are not anticipated. Get a friend or trusted one to drive you home.
