Revision rhinoplasty does cost more because it is more complicated, takes longer to perform, and has higher complication rates even in the best of hands. Rhinoplasty surgery is difficult, and revision rhinoplasty surgery is probably one of the most difficult operations to do in the field of cosmetic surgery.
