It depends.  If you are talking about a major revision then it will cost more.  Usually you have deficient cartilage in the nose and the septum may or not be available for harvesting.  It this is the case then ear or rib cartilage may be necessary and the cost will increase.  It however it is a minor revision in dorsal height for example it may be a simple procedure and not cost any more or perhaps even less.
