Microdermabrasion can work for acne stage one, which involves clogged pores/ comedones. It involves several ongoing treatments to achieve results. There are other better acne treatments available, like chemical peels or IPL treatments combined with specific topicals. For acne, see your dermatologist or plastic surgeon so you don't waste your time or money trying ineffective therapies.
