Does Pixel treat leg scars and keloids?

The Pixel which is a fractionated Erbium laser would not be effective for keloids. Lasers such as CO2 and pulsed dye, have been shown to be effective.

If you have failed more conservative (and probably at least as effective) treatment such as steroid injections, cryotherapy, 5- FU, intralesional Bleomycin, you might look into lasers as an option.
