When comparing saline vs silicone implants, the advantage silicone implants have is they look and feel more natural than saline implants. That is not to say saline implants are inferior. It is a matter of patient comfort and choice. When either implant is placed under the muscle, I feel the breast assumes a more natural look and feel.
