Changing the shape of the nose has generated much interest recently. Unfortunately, we do not have an ideal material which can safely give long term results.
Filling small defects for months at a time seems to be where we are at when used in a safe manner. The fillers we have available (FDA approved) will not give significant long term results. Therefore the cost over time would be more than a well done rhinoplasty.
Even for temporary results, the shape may not be ideal for what you need. This is still very much a procedure in process which is not ready for prime time.
