Tighten loose skin

Edmond A. Zingaro, MD answers: Dermal fillers for wrinkles and loose skin on the neck?

I'm just starting to get loose skin on my neck and I don't want surgery. I haven't found any miracle cream and I don't want multiple treatments. Can dermal fillers be used for these problems? If not, what other options do I have?
