Dermabond
It really depends what it is used for. For very simple incisions on children where stitches can be traumatic, Dermabon can be great. For larger wounds or ones that are under tension, it requires deeper layers of stitche. Dermabond may help to protect a wound and lower the rate of infection but I am not convinced it results in any better of a scar.

Dermabond can help but it is not great without support
Hello,
When Dermabond first came out it was promoted as the new alternative to sutures. It doesn't work well in that regard but can be used as opposed to steri-strips, an outer support placed over sutures.
