Hello,

As long as you limit treatment to the small veins in the skin, then  there are few consequences. If the injections spill out, the skin can be affected and may form a wound. Light treatments can cause pigment changes as can injections in thin skin. Keeping the treated areas out of the sun can limit this. As long as you leave the larger veins alone, there are relatively few risks.
