i dont know whether to go big or medium, saline breast implants or silicone breast implants, under or over muscle. help!

Here are some thoughts that might clarify this for you:

1. Go under the muscle

2. "Gel" feels better that saline but both can "look" good

3. Choose an implant with a base diameter that matches your own

4. Choose an implant whose profile will give you the look and projection you want, either natural or fuller than natural

5. Try on sizers in a garment to simulate the result you like

Taking these into account with a very experienced plastic surgeon and if you have a good starting point, you will find the right implant for the result you want.
