The short answer is no, it will not happen. Your anatomy will limit what can and can not be done with your nose. It wall depends are what we are trying to address. You can tell your plastic surgeon what you like about a certain nose and bring pictures with you, but to thing that you would have a nose like a certain person is unrealistic.
I would recommend you stay away from any surgeon that will tell you, yes I can get it to look just like hers, not true. Good luck.
