For patienu[uts who want to have a portion or all of their permanent make-up removed, the laser for tattoo removal works very well.  It can be used to remove the part of the permanent makeup you do not lke. It can also be used to remove most of the permanent eyebrow or eye liner if you want to have it replaced with a different shade. Several treatments may be required to give you the sufficient lightening you desire.
