You are now 1 year out from saline breast augmentation and you claim that your breasts "are getting smaller and smaller everyday".  The most likely explanation is that the initial swelling present after your surgery is decreasing. It can take many months (and up to a year) for all the swelling to go down and this may be the reason that your breasts appear smaller.  Also, the implants continue to settle into a more natural position and this "dropping" can give the impression that they are getting smaller - but this may just be a perceived decrease in size and not real. If you are really decreasing in size, than there may be a leak in the implant. This seems unlikely because you describe BOTH implants getting smaller - it would be almost impossible to have a simultaneous leak in both implants, and leaking at the same rate.

So, most likely it is a case of your swelling decreasing and your implants settling into place. If you desire larger implants, you should have the implants changed to a larger size. Adding more saline is usually not an option because only a small amount of saline can be added (depending on how much was put in initially)
