Visit www.plasticsurgery.org and navigate to find a plastic surgeon. In your geographic area the board-certified plastic surgeons will be listed. This will help you avoid the non-plastic surgeons to start with.
Next you should have a few consultations and bring questions to your visit. As has been stated in other posts, don't let the cost of surgery be your only determinant.
Look at before and after photos from the surgeons because that will tell you what a given surgeon thinks is a good result.
