Butt Implants your only option if fat is not enough

There is no "the safest method for butt and hip enhancement.", since every procedure is associated with potential complications. If there is no fat that can be grafted, your only option is to have buttock implants placed and they have their own set of complications which can be more serious than fat grafting to the buttocks. You need to decide how much risk you are willing to tolerate for the potential benefit.
