You can reduce, but not eliminate bruising, by avoidance of aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil, herbal supplements and ibuprofen for 10 days prior to injection. The pre-treatment use of Prevedem by Neocutis as well as the post-application use of Bruise Relief also may be of benefit, in my experience.
