How to Remove Brown Blotch on Cheekbone?

I have noticed that I have a brown blotch right where you apply blush. It is an oval spot. What can I do to get rid of it and what is the cause of it? I used to have such clear skin throughout my life. I've noticed this blotch after 2 months of working out as well..
