I'm 5'5", breasts size 38D. Would I look weird if I got a breast reduction to a size A?

From a technical stand point you could get that small with a breast reduction. The question that you have to answer is whether this is what you really want. Having a large breast for a long time could make you want to go to the opposite, but it would be wise to go for a smaller cup.
