What if you decided to explant? Will your breasts sag?

It all depends on what you started with, as well as how large you went with the implants and how long you have had them. The larger the implant, the longer you have had the implants the more the likelyhood that you would require a lift after explantation. Hope that clears things up.

Hello,

Not all explantations require breast lifts, but if they do they can look pretty good once they heal. If you didn't go too large on your implants and your weight has remained stable over the time you have had them, it is more likely that you would not need the lift.

How "perky" you want things afterwards of course also makes a difference.
