What Breast Implant is Best for Size 29 Breasts?

I have small size breasts, so I want a Breast implants. However, I am afraid maybe its not safe?

Also, I don't know what is best, silicone or saline?

Safety of gel and saline implants

Both the silicone gel implants and the saline implants are considered to be safe for you to use for augmentation.  There is no difference in their safety.

Breast augmentation

There is no one implant that is "safer" than the other. It is a matter of each one having different advantages and disadvantages. Your best option is to meet with a qualified surgeon to discuss the procedure and your fears.

Are breast implants safe?

Saline and silicone implants are both FDA approved. Both are considered safe. They have the same shell (outer covering) ; the difference is the fill inside the implant. They look the same. The biggest difference is in the feel. Saline implants are filled with salt water, which is what your body is primarily made of. Best to see a surgeon

It sounds as if you have several questions regarding breast augmentation. The questions that you were asking are very specific to you as a person and my recommendation would be to have a consultation with the properly trained plastic surgeon. The surgeon will be able to show you the different implants and different sizes and be able to discuss specific risks and benefits that apply to you.
