You bring up a very good question, and the answer is that you should be able to breast feed, but you'll most likely need to supplement with formula. Currently, about 50% of women who have a breast reduction can breastfeed without supplementation. Make sure you go over this with your plastic surgeon before any surgery, and understand all of the risks involved.
