They both refer to the same procedure which is injection of fat into the buttocks. This is very different from an open butt lift with skin excision.
The fat transfer will add volume to this area and give it more shape.The problem is always how much fat is available for transfer. In general I need to inject 400cc into each side to get a good result. 800cc of fat transfered requires around 3 times as much liposuctioned. Good luck!
