Botox works for chin dimples

Sam Jejurikar, MD answers: Botox for chin dimpling?

I have several deep dimples in my chin, and I've heard Botox could get rid of them. What do you think?

Hi,

As others have mentioned, Botox and Dysport can be highly effective in treating chin dimples, provided they are dynamic lines.  If the lines do not change with changes in expression, they may be the results of dermal scarring, and could be better treated with injectable fillers.

Your best bet is consultation with a physician who is an experienced injector of Botox and fillers.  Best of luck!
