I have several deep dimples in my chin, and I've heard Botox could get rid of them. What do you think?

What you have heard about Botox helping chin dimpling is correct. Dysport works similarly well and may have more long lasting results. For deep dimpling you will likely need a filler in addition to the Botox or Dysport for best results.

 As other doctors noted, Botox is a great treatment for chin dimpling, provided, however, it is not caused by scarring. It will not work for deep scars. Restylane will be a much better product for these, and frequently, we use it in conjunction with Botox as well.
