I think that the patients who have actually had the treatments can answer your question.  42% of patients say Thermage was "worth it" and 74% of patients say Botox was "worth it". I am assuming that "worth it" means that given the amount of money they paid, the patient was happy with the results.

While this question was not specific to the brow lifting, it does speak to the effectiveness of these treatments. The effectiveness of both treatments will depend on the skill level of the practitioner doing the treatment, the effectiveness of the treatment itself, the quality (thickness and elasticity) of the skin and  the amount of correction required.

Another excellent method for prospective patient's to determine the effectiveness of a treatment is to look at before and after photographs of patients treated by the doctor.  Some doctors will only provide a few before and after photographs provided by the company selling the product, so I recommend that you insist on seeing several of the doctor's own patients before making a decision on Botox or Thermage.
