Help with Bleached Patches from Lemon Juice?

I tried to lighten my acne scars with fresh pure lemon juice. However, for some reason it has bleached both of my cheeks and now my face looks patchy.

I have medium to dark skin tone and I'm really afraid that these bleached patches are permanent. Will it go away and go back to my natural skin color? Can anyone help me with this? I'm so worried! Ah one problem after the other!
