Start with Certified by the American board of Plastic Surgery, then look for members in the American Society for Asethtic Plastic Surgery and then make sure they do lots of breast implants and have very happy patients that you can talk to, see many photos of good before and after results and that the surgeon is someone you can talk to and who also listens to your requests as well.
