i enjoy viewing doctors sites for there breast augmentation pics. what i wonder is what to look for.  what makes a good breast job?  what's a bad one? what pics should i not trust??

The pictures displayed on a webbsite should be unaltered and I think most  if not all are. Each patient has different desires as to what they want as a result from breast augmentation. The result is also very dependent on what the patient looked like to start with. Some patients want a 'fake' look and some want a natural look. Going over pictures of real patients with real results can give the surgeon an idea as to what a patient wants so that we can come close to meeting their expectations.

We all probable agree on what a 'bad ' job is but not all agree on what an excellent job is.
