Artecoll (Artefill here in the US) is NOT indicated for the lips. It is a permanent material and is not removable without some type of surgery.

If you elect surgery, be sure to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon who can apprise you of the risks from such a surgery and also of the possible improvement potential versus those risks.
