If not, how long does the latisse results last?

Latisse takes eyelashes that are in a resting phase and stimulates them to grow thicker longer and darker. As we all know, your eyelashes fall out infrequently. When they do, a new one will grow back and unless it is exposed to Latisse will likely only grow to its original length then stop.  We do not know what the exact maintenance schedule should be but it seems to make sense that once she had stimulated your eyelashes to the desired length thickness and color using the product less frequently perhaps once to twice a week should help to maintain the results and minimize the use of each bottle purchased.  By the way, results in my patients have been seen as early as 4 weeks.
