Blepharoplasty and Browlift

Farbod Esmailian, MD answers: Am I a good candidate for Brow lift and Blepharoplasty?

My eyebrows droop inwards too much, and I always have to lift the inner area up to stop the heavy feeling from my forehead and to keep from having an angry looking expression (which has caused deep forehead wrinkles). My upper eyelids always look a little puffy no matter how much I sleep.

Would a brow lift combined with eyelid surgery be the right procedures to fix the problem, or is there anything else you would recommend me to do? Attached is a picture of my normal, relaxed expression.

Judging your photos, I would agree with the rest of the surgeons here.  You have a youthful appearance and have a male position for the eyebrows.  You are not a candidate for any periorbital surgery and would recommend like the rest about perhaps some subtle grooming of the eyebrows.

Good luck.

You do have a low sitting brow and possible hyperactivity per your question. However, you are too young for any surgical intervention. You are much better off trying Botox to raise your brow. Best of luck!
