I strongly prefer not having a nose job!  Yet, are there any viable alternatives to surgery?

Injectable fillers (Restylane, Juvaderm, Perlane, etc.) have been used to try to enhance the appearance of the nose but there are two big problems.  (1) The fillers are not permanent so the nose has to be re-injected approximately every 6-9 months, and (2) the fillers can only be used to build up certain areas of the nose which will increase the size of the areas which most patients do not want or need.
