Peels, Acne Products, or Blue Light Treatment After Cortisone Injection?

I had an acne cyst injected with cortisone yesterday and wanted to know if it was ok to get either a BHA peel, AHA peel, or even a treatment such as blue light afterwards since the medicine is suppose to be in skin for 3 weeks? Would it hinder it? Also, is it ok to use Retin-A, ice, or any acne products on the injected site, or would these prevent the cortisone from working? The site is red, or bruised like appearance and slightly indented. Anything to help this or prevent it? I was also given zithromax & duac. thanks
