Best Acne Treatment with Minimum Recovery Time?

I also have very light thin hair on my face and I started to shave them off because they become visible when I put makeup to cover acne, can that be a cause why my acne under the skin got worse? Please let me know what can be done!

Cosmetics that cause acne

In general, if you have acne prone skin, then the best cosmetics are those that are "non comedogenic" and "oil free". Most brands have these lines now available. Aside from non comedogenic cover ups, an acne regimen that includes topical prescriptions would be the most effective. If acne is severe enough, then oral medications may be considered. These determinations are best made by a face to face exam.
