Squeezing and Using Mild Exfoliants While on Accutane?

Hi there, I'm two days into a 6 month course of Accutane and wondering about how to zap the zits that may come out in the next couple of months quickly. I usually pop them, which makes them heal much faster with only a little hyperpigmentation that goes away quickly.

But I've heard that my skin will be much more fragile on Accutane. Do you have any suggestions? I really don't want to have a face full of pus! Also, I've been using a mild exfoliant, lactic acid. Is this okay to continue using occasionally? Thanks!
