Accutane for Acne Cysts and Milia from Laser Treatment?

I had laser treatment in May. I have milia (from laser) and acne cysts throughout my face. Would Accutane help alleviate all of this? Would it purge the skin? I was on Accutane four years ago (for four months). I did great on it but after, I began to break out again. The acne wasn't as severe after using Accutane though.
