A tummy tuck will fix loose hanging tummy skin present after pregnancy. A "mommy makeover"  usually involves some treatment of the breasts as well as the tummy.  In a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty, extra stretched out skin is removed from the lower part of the belly. It there is separation of the abdominal muscles, called rectus diastasis, that separation is also tightened up during abdominoplasty. This is a great restorative procedure for when you are finished having babies.
