I have quite a few fine lines on my upper eyelids near the lashline and it makes my upper eyelid skin not smooth I was wondering if a 8% TCA peel would be effective in smoothing my upper eyelid skin and removing the fine lines and also is it safe to use a tca peel on the upper eyelid skin near the lashline? If not is there any soulution for my problem?
