I just had consultation and my husband thinks I should get a second consultation. I feel really comfortable with the doctor I saw however I've noticed that alot of TTs are combined with lipo. My doctor said that in order for me to heal faster he would not do the lipo, however the quote I received along with anesthia is a bit of over $7000, Is this on OK figure????

There are average fees for tummy tuck without lipo across the nation but it really depends on how much work you will be as a patient for the surgeon. There can be much less expensive TT's and it could be from the same surgeon but those may require much less work. Every surgery has a certain amount of planning and work involved in determining the price. Cheaper is usually only cheaper and almost never better. The price range is good.

The $7000 price is actually only moderate, certainly not high at all for a good surgeon. Get the best surgeon and pay the price as you can't fix a bad result or trade it in if you don't like it.
