Most creams wont work for deep smile wrinkles
Sagging skin and deep smile wrinkles unfortunately most likely will not respond to creams and may be a costly waste of money for you. Certain wrinkles respond great to Botox and fillers but very deep lines and sagging may require plastic surgery and I suggest you consult with one to find the best alternatives.
