I looked better before had TT done. Wore binders for 6mos swelling has never decreased? I look like I am 8mos pregnant and no matter what I do (exercise,diet)nothing changes. I am also very uncomfortable due to the added 25lbs since surgery. What has gone wrong & is my Dr. responsible to fix it at no charge?

Post- Op Tummy tuck surgery

It sounds like several things could be going on... Inadequate muscle repair could be responsible for ongoing laxity of the abdominal wall (bulging). Weight gain after surgery can also contribute to this appearance. It is important to watch your diet and exercise regimen after surgery to achieve the best results. Of course, your surgeon will best be able to evaluate your situation and advise.
