I am about to get BA and wanted some more educated opinions on what size/type to get. I will discuss with my doctor at the pre-op, but would like other views. I am fit 5"8 175 lbs, a large frame with a 37" rib cage. I am currently a 36B and would like a Sofia Vergara look. Originally wanted 600cc silicone under muscle through nipple, but now want a 650-700 and worried that it's too big to fit through the nipple insertion. Saline a viable option for bigger?? Thanks for the help!
Answer: Beast implant size Those are really large implants that you are considering. Even while using a Keller funnel, I think that it would be very difficult to place a 600 cc gel implant through a nipple incision. I would advise considering a incision underneath the breast or a saline implant.

CONTACT NOW Answer: 650cc to 700cc on 5'8, 175lbs wide chest and large frame? Saline or silicone? (photo) Based upon the posted one photo you have more issues than size choice. You are asymmetric and a very large implant would magnify this asymmetry!!!

Answer: 650cc to 700cc on 5'8, 175lbs wide chest and large frame? Saline or silicone? 700 cc is rarely a good decision for a number of reasons. Provided that you understand the implications or placing such a large implant, you could have saline placed through an infraareolar incision or silicone through an IMF incision.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast augmentations each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Large implants through small incisions Thanks for your photo. Your measurements will allow you to wear 600cc silicone gel implants, but I would have some difficulty getting these through an areolar incision. Saline implants are always technically easier to place through small access portals, but one must consider the tradeoffs in feel and potential "rippling" at the edges. The Sofia Vergara look you are considering would best be achieved with a shaped textured implant in my opinion. The larger round implants will likely get you a Baywatch look. Be careful about having the added weight effects on your posture and back stress. Good luck on your procedure!

Answer: 650cc to 700cc on 5'8, 175lbs wide chest and large frame? Saline or silicone? It would be helpful to know your breast width. A guideline most surgeons observe is to use implants not wider than the patient's own breasts, and even for an extra-high porfile implant, 700 cc would require a width of 13.5 cm.It is true that saline implants can be inserted through a smaller incision, since they are inserted empty and are filled once in the pocket. However , the advantages of silicone with so large an implant are enough that my preference would be silicone through an incision in the fold. All the best.
