What it works the best, in my practice, is to allow the patient to choose the size of the implants. We have several implants sizers and the patient try them under a bra and a shirt, this is the best way in my hands. I would GUESS - a 450 cc implant might work. Or try a expander implant so you can adjust the size post operatively.

The choice of implant size is partly based on personal preference and also physical measurements. Your Doctor will measure your chest dimensions.
