Should I do a breast lift with implant but I'm scared about the scars or just a breast augmentation ??! All I want is lift them up with nice implant same size or maybe smaller 36C . Help I'm confuse
Answer: Breat Lift with Free nipple graft technique Your optimal Breast Surgery is definitely a Breast Lift, but a reduction is also recommended in your case in order to avoid future back problems from the weight of your breasts. The 36C size that you mention, in my opinion, is actually a good end-volume. Since the areolas are reduced during most breast lifts and the distance that your nipples have to travel upward (especially the right one) is considerable, you may even need a special technique called the Free nipple graft technique. This technique is reserved for patients whose nipples are at a distance of about 30 centimeters from the collar bone, straight down. A very experienced surgeon must perform this surgery as your case is not the most common and requires special techniques.

CONTACT NOW Answer: I'm a 36DD. I want to lift my boobs and have implants. Which procedure is the best for me? The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift. A breast lift restores a firmer, perkier, and more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. This not only can improve a patient’s appearance by restoring her youthful, feminine proportions, but also help bras and swimsuits fit more comfortably and attractively. By removing excess, stretched out skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple & areola into a more forward position, a cosmetic surgeon can create a more youthful breast contour. Stretched, large areolae can also be reduced during breast lift surgery, creating an overall better proportioned, natural looking breast, Actually the perkiness on a person or another, depends on patients skin and breast tissue for the first 3 to 4 months!

Answer: Lift only Since you have plenty of your own tissue, the most sensible approach would be to do a lift without an implant. That way, there are no worries about future implant-related surgery, leakage or hardening. All the best,

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your question and photo. I would recommend that you be seen in person by a board certified plastic surgeon. My suggestion for you would be to undergo a lift as it appears you have ptosis that could be corrected with the anchor lift. If you want to increase or maintain your breasts' volume, then you should consider at least a small implant along with the lift. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
