Yes, you can have a TT at age 51. As long as you are healthy and have a healthy BMI (Body Mass Index). TT are great for women who have had multiple children and have loose or excess skin. A TT may give you that hour glass shape you are looking for!

Tummy tuck not limited by age
No, you are not too late for a tummy tuck. I have performed tummy tuck on many women well into their 50's.
As long as you are healthy and medically able to have anesthesia, you can have a tummy tuck.

I have safely and successfully performed tummy tucks on women as mature as 72. I would add that that particular patient looked and enjoyed the health of a 40 year old.
Your age is not as important as your state of health and conditioning.

Because you are 51 years old does not automatically create a contraindication for tummy tuck surgery. I would like to know your past medical/ surgical history. I have seen 51 year olds who are extremely healthy and would have no problem with surgery and I have also seen 21 year olds who are not healthy enough to undergo surgery - so age is not the limiting factor.
I would suggest that you be evaluated by your family...
